Place the oven on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface.

To heat for the first time in a vacuum, set the thermostat to "250°C" and the cooking mode selector to "convection".

Heat the oven empty for about 10 minutes; there may be a burning smell.

Leave to cool, unplug the power plug and your oven is ready to use.
